Faces of Catholic Education
Educators and staff helping children flourish academically and spiritually.
Catholic schools provide a unique learning environment where students have the opportunity to not only receive a top-notch education but also deepen their faith. With the support of dedicated educators, students at these schools are able to develop strong foundations for life and build a brighter future.
Osceola Catholic Schools thrive to hire the best faculty and staff to assist in building that strong foundation. Our schools are great places to work, providing more freedom for educators to teach and further student development within a safe, caring atmosphere. Teachers enjoy being part of a Catholic school because they:
Get a competitive salary, benefits, and retirement plan
Are in an environment that embodies our Christian values and morals
Have more freedom to differentiate instruction in order to meet every student’s needs
Encounter less bureaucracy
Have less pressure to teach to standardized testing
Work in a caring and loving family-type environment
Are in a safe and secure workplace
